Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
At SABE, orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days. During peak periods processing may take up to six days. All our products are handmade and will take 3-4 weeks to dispatch. However, please note that this is a rough estimate for the date of dispatch and our team will keep you updated throughout the order and delivery process.

SHIPPING TIMELINES
We offer nationwide shipping within India and international shipping to select countries. The delivery time for different products may vary based on processes involved. Generally, we attempt to deliver all domestic orders within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. 

International orders could take 15 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping charges for all orders within India as well as International, will be additional and charged based on the weight and volume of the product and country of dispatch.

International orders may incur import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these additional charges.

TRACKING PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, we will mail your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. you can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering the given order tracking number.

NON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. please note, orders shipped and returned due to non-availability on delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes in lieu of the returned order. Additionally, if the client fails to receive the delivery, SABE reserves the right to apply additional charges for any extra shipping costs incurred.

MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including mastercard, visa & american express) and also provide net banking options across major banks, upi & wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment. For all international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including mastercard, visa & american express).
